Damn close, but i think they are going to build a bridge that would elevate it across the oversized gully that is SST. At least that's how it looks in the pamphlet i got in the mail. They'd also have an exit at 200th st on the top of the hill for all the people coming from W. Seattle (Andy) and they'd have a paved bike path going from 188th all the way to the parking lot for anyone who rides there from his apartment (me).
So yah i don't think it's gonna mess with too much stuff other than a few XC trails and maybe shofties jumps. And if a bridge was put over the top that would mean jumpin in the rain......
although i have also herd of plans to turn all the riding area at SST including XC and softies and the flow park into a huge industrial park and wiping all the riding out. now i dont know if this is acctually gonna happen or not but i guess we shall find out
