Softride cable routing

I'm building a Softride Classic TT for a guy and the cable routing is giving me a significant headache. Although the headache could also be caused from staying out until 6am last night/this morning and then waking up at 10am. Which is probably the reason I can't wrap my head around routing the cables on this bike.

Anyways, I've never built one of these bikes up before, looking at this frame it seems that both the front and rear derailleur cables come out of the same hole on the underside of the frame, right in front of the BB. Can this be? I ran the rear brake cable through the frame and it doesn't seem like 2 cables should be coming out of 1 of these holes. There's also no other hole on the frame where the rear derailleur cable would come out.

Has anyone built one of these and have a suggestion for me? I'm supposed to have this bike built already, and this is holding me back.

TIA

I searched google for almost every term except "brake routing," and I never came across that post. :banghead:

That was a terribly annoying build. :bonk:
