Holy crap, its really happening. Supposedly per our realtor the buyers of our house finally got their loan funded (still waiting on the official paperwork to hit their desk), all contingencies have been removed and the escrow should close April 5th. Now I just have to go buy a new house. Gonna live in our old condo with the mother in law while we search for the new place.

yeah but this gets us out of debt . If we play it right, we buy on a 15 yr fixed and 1/2 our payments by purchasing in a less expensive area so the new house is paid off by the time we retire.
