From what I have seen in my company is we are hiring but they are not willing to pay much and require people with enough experience so no training is necessary. As an example they need to hire a CNC Application Engineer in SoCal but don't want to pay SoCal prices. The position has been open for 8 months and the bastards just keep flying me out ther until they find a chump to take the job.
