Over there somewhere.
For the first ride, I decided to go ride the Hospital Trails in Concord, NH.

Came upon this on the first turn.

A view of it after crossing it.

The beginning of some nice singletrack. It's also at this point that the batteries in the camera died and I had the spare batteries left in the car. Kept on going and found more bridgework, some skinnies and a few teeters.

Back at the car, put the new batteries in to take a pic of the bike with some dirt on it. Trail conditions were not too bad actually. This bike is longer than the stuff and feels alot more stable on higher speed turns, easily maneuverable for it's weight and has clearance for a wider tire on the back.

wow, doesn't a 3" riser and all those spacers make that front end uber tall?
i don't think he's concerned much with ergonomics, given that he rides xc with the seat slammed... and ditto on the comment about the bar end and car :nope:

i would ride those ladder things, tho. they look fun. i'd definitely think twice if they were elevated/if there was a substantial risk of injury.
