no, we had a rental place just outside of it (fairway village?). w/ kids it's so much easier having a place you can cook and spread out for toys etc.

thanks for the replies everyone.

the temps were quite a bit cooler than the place we came from...high 70s/low 80s. the weather kinda got crappy for fri/sat/sun, and the pics i posted were from wed/thurs.

as for the colors, a circular polarizer does wonders when the sun is at the correct angle to your subject. and i've finally learned a bit more of the basics of photoshop (though still a lot to learn).
