My Hayes HFX Mag rear brake has been sucking. I had some issues bleeding (it works better with two people doing the lever thing), but it feels great now. It's amazing what a bleed will do. I do think I will make a mount for the lever on my bench and remove the brake and bleed in the vise next time. The front of my haro is very heavy with the wheel on. I can't wait to ride tomorrow.
