today's long, meandering song is from Scenic, bruce licher's musical vehicle after Savage Republic went dormant (though there are encouraging reports that they will be recording and touring once again!). think morricone/psych guitar workouts, expertly suited for soundtracks. this song's got a riff which sounds a lot like something Thin White Rope may have written. anyway, it's a long one so sit back and enjoy on this lovely day.
