better late than never...just back from jiminy peak and figured i'd slide a slice of Beatlesque pop courtesy of Norway's The Dispomanaics. could be a Harrison tune; very well-crafted.

this song alternates between a min and C maj. a min: intro, then I V6(with G natural...) I V6 vi V6 vi V6, then I V6 I V6 vi V6 vi6 V6/iii, where iii is C maj...

to C: I -- V6 -- I -- V6 -- , back to a min: I -- vi7 -- iii6 -- IV -- I, etc.

so all in all it's a pretty cool progression, but it still sounds stale to my ears because the texture is so unrelenting and unchanging. someone needs to kick the bass and rhythm guitar players and make them do something other than just strum constantly.
