remember when the aussie scene was crankin' out scuzzy rockers left and right? The Black Eye label and others foisted some misanthropes on the world such as Lubricated Goat, King Snake Roost, The Birthday Party, Feedtime, and other lesser luminaries. well, the line went dead for a while, but The Drones have picked up the receiver and are howling in yr ear.

i just got wise to these jackals a few months ago, and there's plenty to like about 'em. dig in for yrself.

e minor, with IV being A major, a bit creative: I IV I64 IV V IV ... kinda cool interlude of vii vi (D, C) every once in a while. overall i like the texture, it's a good length, and nothing horrible struck my ears :D

Nowhere Man!
I really liked it. But I was the only one here that did (I shared it). I kind of remember them. But only kind of.
