Actually I thought you'd ask that.
And it has been VERY difficult to wait as long as I have. But for those of you who have been paying attention to my life, (and I know there's lots of you), she has autism.........and with autism comes a VERY low tolerance for frustration. So, in a nutshell, she wasn't ready until now.
The plan is to take her sister(sans autism), next weekend. (who just turned 5.....and yes I know I could have taken her last year.....but there's a long story behind that).
All kidding aside, I taught for many years at a few different ski schools.... including classes of 4-5 year-olds. I have been chomping at the bit to get them on skis for a very long time.
Obviously a future Olympian I reckon...
I don't mind hearing about the high points in peoples lives - so screw teh haters!

Agreed - there's subtle difference between being proud of yourself or proud of your children but it's one I like.
