Hope? The ultimate brake? With no competition currently? Whatever man. I hated every minute with my Hopes, and so do others. No brake system is clearly the best out there with no competition.

I've got Shimanos on my trail bike and for sure they are great brakes. No doubt. But to say Hopes suck, well that's just a fool talkin' mate. The Enduros on my DH are just awesome. Sounds like you've had some bad experiences with Hope :D
As for the Brembos, I guess another "new" entrant to the market is to be welcomed, but I'll be staying with my Hopes thanks very much. :thumb:

I only say hopes suck because my buddy brian likes them soooo much. I have never actually used them before, mainly because of their cost....

I find it so revealing about some people how they respond to simple posts like the original one. Flamers! why you gotta be so hostile and fricken opinionated to such the heated response.

How about, "It'll be interesting for sure what Brembo brings to the market and how it holds up."
or, "Does the bike industry realy need another brake manufacture?"


Don't know, sometimes I read these flaming pissed off responses that realy don't even come anywhere near answering the original response and I shake my head and wonder why I waste my time reading these replies...
