    Not a huge soup fan.

But I love some good Pho; helps that its usually cheap and its quicker than "fast food". Had some awesome spicy Satay beef Pho the other night. The best part was that this place listed it as spicy on the menu and they sure weren't lying.:drool::drool:

Love me some Pho. I was skeptical but pressure cooker Pho is easy, fast, and legit. If you haven't tried it, give it a go.

OT: One of my favorite soup is Tomato & basil bisque at Safeway/Vons grocery store, and apparently, it is based on a recipe by the real-life Soup Nazi Ali Yeganeh.

Anyway, sorry for the tangent. Please carry on with Pho discussion. I'd like one with lots of beef, extra noodle and cilantro.

we have good recipes for butternut squash soup, tomato-fennell soup, and one called great northwoods bean soup which involves kielbasa. we also use chicken broth leftover from when we cook chicken in the pressure cooker for a lot of things.

I rely on others to make soup. I just never had the knack for it...

So am I. However I fail at making it... When my Father died. That ability went with it... He made a incredible Wild Turkey Chowder. The corn was off the Cobb and made it awesome...

Corn chowder in Ellie's Harborside in Rockport.:drool::drool:

Had pho pho in Bon Me today. It sucked. Deviled tea egg saved the day.
