I saw a few council flats when i was out there and my buddy was house hunting. Wow. It's like a multi story trailer park with shared hallways (clotheslines, tacky garden lights (on balcony) and all!)
wait, even if the girl a drunken ho, isnt 11yo young enough to be automatically considered a raped girl?
i mean, if she was like 14-15 i wouldnt have much remorse, and i´d laugh....... but 11yo? i actually dont feel like laughing, i kinda feel bad for her.
that is one ****ed up childhood.
The trouble is that believe it or not this sort of thing isn't that uncommon in parts of UK society. She's probably been sexually aware since she was aware of anything much in the world around her. Kids in these environments have no period of innocence. It's very sad, and gives rise to the collapse of decent society in the affected areas. Schools, shops, everything becomes degraded by the attitude of the people who live there. People have no respect for anything, including themselves. Litter and bad graffiti is everywhere, petty crime and drugs are rampant. Decent people leave the area and it becomes a sink hole. It's very hard to see a way to reverse the situation.
Caputo, don't worry, the cities are big enough that you can stay well away from such sh1t hole areas.

Don't forget the ever present stench of urine and the ever present threat of being mugged or being run over by a badly maintained Ford Escort with a big bore exhaust.
Where to start.... Sounds like a good case for arguing that the world is getting progessively more stupid. Not only is the girl in question (and her mother) clearly a waste of space, who the hell keeps John McEachran (the author of the article) in a job?
'She had a l ready left her secondary school near her home in West Lothian' 'since she 10-and-a-half' 'I'm not ashamed of mydaughter'
And a (grammatically poor) name-check for my home-town - 'Jenny Teague, of Poole, Dorset, who was 12 years, nine months, when she had a daughter in 1997'
