    Sorry you are butt hurt...

Its just one event. Chill... Not to mention there's a lot of crossover interms of athletes and technology between moto and mtb. And most of the top guys use cycling (road and mtb) as a training tool.

Huge crossover. Most all motocrossers train on MTB's all day every day. Maybe we should ask the pro motocrossers on RM (b/c we have a LOT) if they own an MTB.

If a "pro mxer" was on ridemonkey why would they NOT own an mtb?

Yeah, I know all about the crossover between MTB and MX, but LL's is the amateur nationals. Most, not all, of the riders/classes are under the age of 16. Awards are for national winners. Equivalent of Specialized giving away bikes to all of the Cat 1, 2, and 3 national championship winners. Most of those guys are not going to have restrictions from accepting and riding a free bike. I'd rather see Specialized give away MTB bikes to all of the national champions at the BMX grands and try to get them to cross-over into MTB.

I was using sarcasm Mike. :D

Heck, just in the south, moto guys (not all necessarily pro) with MTB's is a very long list.
