anyone know where i can buy a specialized p.3 frame BESIDES my lbs....mainly cause my buddy is wanting to buy one and he's a cheap ass and doesn't want to pay as much as they'll charge

Your best option is to find an LBS that sells for "low retail," which is the lowest Specialized allows their dealers to sell for.

If your LBS is screwing you on the price don't go there. Find a good one.
