Specialized essentially claims that Mountain Cycle's Stumptown cyclocross bike is a threat to the Specialized Stumpjumper XC bike's trademark and market share.
I am perplexed. How many people would really confuse a cyclocross bike with an XC bike when they got to the bike store? Because that's the basis for the Specialized argument.
