I've used the DTSwiss Calc and another calc on http://www.wheelpro.co.uk
They Differ on Spoke length calculations.

I am planning to lace an Atom pimp lite rim to a Hope Pro II Front hub. I am using DTSwiss 12mm Brass 2.0 nipples. I'm thinking 2.0mm Wheelsmith Spokes.

Can someone help me out and tell me the correct spoke lengths that I need?

Atom Pimp Lite ERD: 532mm - Spokes: 36 - 3 Cross Lacing

Hope Pro II Front Hub Measurements: (Are these right?)
Right Flange: 54mm
Left Flange: 56mm
Center to RH Flange: 34mm
Center to LH Flange: 19.5
Spoke hole: 2.6

I get 254mm drive-side/252mm non drive-side. Your hub dimensions look correct. Assuming the ERD is correct, those should be good spoke numbers.
