Thule's only buying the consumer division - the rest of the company (tube bending biz and bus-rack division) stays as is.

Got the news this morning... bummer for some of the employees as they are out of jobs. Bummer for those of us with Sportworks sponsorship too... be interesting to see what happens with Thule takes over...

Sportworks has been great to us over the past few years, one of my favorite companies to work with, Eric is kick ass. Hope the best to all of them through this whole situation.

werd...I sure hope they keep Eric. He was a key factor in Sportworks success! I also go my T2 recently and think it's even better than the Transport rack.

Sad news - but I hope some good comes out of it.
