Does anyone know if the 5th element and manitou swinger 4way use the same id/od size spring? Will a spring for a 5th fit a swinger?

yeah they are interchangable. just make sure that the strokes are the same legnth other than that it should be fine.

I had to do alot of filing when trying to fit a 5th spring to a swinger, the internal diameter is different, a swinger is larger.
they work as long as you swap the base plate.
