those are for Fox shocks I believe...but Romic springs do fit..I have used them on my Avy

Romic springs definitely fit.

No idea whether that will fit, but the one in the pic will not -- too narrow. Avy/Romic springs have a 1.5" I.D., Progressive is a 1.4 or a 1.39, ditto with Manitou Swinger, Fox takes a 1.37.

When ordering springs, you only need to know the stroke and weight.
i2i doesn't matter.

how fitting that a swede called kalle has a kaviar for a nick, i dont know how they manage to but the swedish educational system is utterly effective in making all kids enjoy some sort of radioactive pink fish-egg residue concoction!

HAHA, you've got the clue about the "radioactive pink fish-egg residue concoction!". It's pretty tasty although.

I know that it comes with a spring and I also know that I should have a 2.25" stroke. But I'm thinking about to buy a used avy and nearly every has a 700lb spring. So I looked at chainreaction for romic springs and they wanted to know the free length...
