Download the service manual on the Answer/Manitou site. There is a section in there to check to see if your spv needs to be replaced.

Basically, there's a littel blue ring that is spring loaded. If you push it down and it springs back up quickly it's okay, if it doesn't spring back up, is really slow, or it's not smooth, it's shot.

I read the manual, but i couldn´t understand their procedure of test if my spv is function.
It´s shot mean, that i can buy a new SPV rebound damping assembly
I can compress it(blue valve),but it´s going a little bit harder-it´s wrong?

Yes, if the blue valve is slow to return, it needs to be replaced.
