nope. the ratios in which they pull cable are different. I believe SRAM is 1:1 and shimano is 1:2. i think theres more reasons than that, but the answer is no.
It will prolly work for the front der. but not the rear der. I have SRAM X.0 shifters and have the X.0 for the rear der. but have an XT front der. HTH. BTW, SRAM does have a ratio of 1:1 and Shimano is 1:2

but it doesnt work the other way around. The reason Sram shifters work woth Shimano Ders is because you can tweak and fine tune the der positions with the twisters. Shimano shifters will NOT work with sram front derailers.
We had to throw a ghetto setup on my biddies FR rig. He needed more than just his middle ring so we slapped on an old sram der with his XTR shifters. With tons of really funky adjustment it finally gave him granny and middle but he absolutely can not get into his bigring.
Anyway so I guess it works but just barely and not completely.
Anyway...DONT DO IT MAN, Its just going to piss you off.
I used a Shimano shifter with a SRAM front derailleur, and it worked fine. I think it took a little bit more fiddling than a Shimano, but it certainly hit all three rings...
