<p>Rebecca Rusch to lead warmup clinics, shop talk and womens road ride</p><p>

Fresh from her podium finishes at USA Cycling Masters Road Nationals, Rebecca Rusch will be keeping her roadie hat on for a special California edition of the SRAM Gold Rusch Tour.</p><p>
</p><p>
This month the SRAM Gold Rusch Tour will take its female-powered show to the rolling hills of California for Levis GranFondo, an epic road event organized by world-class racer (and fellow Leadville 100 champ) Levi Leipheimer. The four-day event draws more than 7,000 cyclists for a timed ride through Californias scenic hills as well as numerous gatherings and clinics.</p><p>

Rusch will be leading the SRAM Gold Rusch Tour events, starting with informal road rides and presentations through the NorCal Bike Sport. As with all SRAM Gold Rusch Tour events, the atmosphere will be welcoming and encouraging to women riders who are looking for some extra information, a little camaraderie and a chance to get riding and racing advice from one of the worlds best.</p><p>

I really enjoy opportunities to put on my roadie hat and invite other women to get in on great events like Levis GranFondo, Rusch said. Were going to bring some of the great vibe weve created at other SRAM Gold Rusch Tour events this year to California, and Im excited to see people out on the road.</p><p>

<b>Wednesday, Sept. 26: NorCal Bike Sport Road Ride (10:00 AM) and Shop Appearance (6:00 PM)</b></p><p>
Rebecca, along with other local pro women, will lead a road ride starting at 10am from the iconic California bike shop. Later that day, Rusch will present the inspirational video WHY and host a Q&A session at the shop, with food provided by Fork Catering, drink by New Belgium and plenty of give-a-ways from sponsors. <b>Thursday, Sept. 27: Womens Road Ride from NorCal Bike Sport 4-6 PM</b></p><p>
Female participants in the GranFondo are invited to join Rebecca to do some hill climbing prep for the GranFondo course. Along the way, Rebecca will offer tips on nutrition, pacing, gearing and more in this women-friendly event.</p><p>

<b>Saturday, Sept. 29: GranFondo Ride: 8:00 AM - Finley Center</b></p><p>
The big day. Rebecca will join the mass start in Santa Rosa for the GranFondo, and will be joining participants at the finish-line festivities, including the SRAM Gold Rusch Tour Womens Welcome area at the SRAM / Zipp booth. Rebecca and other female pros will be offering GU recovery drinks, prizes and the chance to mingle with other women riders.</p><p>
