sRGB or Adobe RGB?

I use RGB when I do jpegs because it produces better color than sRGB (better for web only stuff). Take the same shot in both and you will see the difference.

I'm sure there is more to it, but i'm not sure. I need to learn more about color managment.

i use sRGB because most of my stuff is just web only. i think the adobe color space is larger (more colors) and is better for printing, but that's a whole 'nother side of things i've never gotten into (printer calibration, etc).

speaking of which, i keep meaning to get a monitor calibrator.

Always use Adobe, it is a larger more accurate color space, much better for printing. Having extra color information that you don't use (as in Web color) is fine, but needing a color space that you don't have sucks.

I use the Pantone Huey. Max recommended it to me. It's $80 at Amazon.
