They caught the guy and the bike was recovered
and some of his Phoenix friends rallied with a Mesa detective to put the guy away for as long as possible, but I'm not sure what the prick ended up with.I started a thread yesterday AM with a little tribute to Kyle. Here is is.

No one ever did find out exactly what he damaged or in specifically what way did they? He and I were shooting emails back and forth for a while discussing what had happened because I've had something similar (but obviously not so extreme) going on for years. I've had several concussions, mostly from skateboarding and do have grand mals if I'm in a lot of sleep debt.
Last I remember, he never knew what was actually going on, just that the epileptic drugs kept it at bay.
