I assume I should post here that in fact Obama is 100% wrong in this situation, and I sincerely hope that he either changes his mind or that the Supreme Court feels like checking the power of the Executive Branch of government.
If I don't, it's simply a matter of time before a new college Republican starts posting and complains that we didn't condemn Obama for doing the same things Bush did...
