Don't get left behind by the Empire Cruiser.

Dirt Demo..
I was sick as a pup so my memory of the dirt demo was crap.
I had a fever the whole day, changed about 23 flat tires (19 Kendas, 2 Maxxis & 2 Hutchies) as a volunteer tire tech aid.
Dave and RC.

Hutchinson's tubeless tire mounting contest.

the french and their thing with champagne.

Onto the Expo.
This reminds me of the troopers' outfit from Battlestar Gallactica.

New, prototype, revival..whatever the term is.

I think my mood today was, whatever looks interesting and not boring, is cool enough for a picture.

Hayes shld've kept the BeOne frame and "their" Pete Speed.

Disco Volante revival (lower pic). Cheers Brian HCM1

same, nicer looking PDC frame. This frame made me look compared to the previous frame.

Ballard 4 life.
Nice pics and sweet looking bikes! I can't visually figure out how the suspension works on either the Sinister Splinter or the orange PDC frame.

Oh, Glorolicious.

My fave frame of the show.. as was last year's.

Scott's Ransom is prolly the most dead sexy frame of IB 2005.
The BMC 4-stroke was coo too.

Commencal...

La Pierre. I want I want I want.

Went to C'Dale's booth and this is the only thing I found cool.
Yeah, I'd hit it.

I'd hit too.

The new fork for us cheapass DH masses. Travis.

Now I'd want to be an urban assault rida.

tick tock!

yummy....

Revox.

After catching up with the homies at E13, Manichu, various other sponsors, friends and hacks..we're done with Interbike.

WTF is it with Giant and building so much frame around a shock that you have to remove it to adjust it?

Mike
just another reason i love my avy...set and forget. haven't touched it since i put it in (and getting to the rebound and comp settings is easy anyway...the preload really the only pain in the arse).

personally, i think the Scotts look like a$$. maybe it's that swoopy rear swingarm...

I believe the Sinister is a link activated single pivot. There is a pull rod visible behind the shock that can adjust the geometry. The bike pedals WAY better than you think it would and is an all around SICK ride.

Did this guy show up at the NightRider booth? One of the guys who works there is way into starwars, he said he was going to interbike in a storm trooper costume and handing out keychains with some line from Napoleon Dynamite. Last I knew all he had was the stormtrooper helmet and an empty wallet.

At least it's got beer holders in the down"tube"
True, true. Maybe that's the truly revolutionary part.

Or those functional rear dropouts...
