speculation is that with palps back, he's gonna go to one of the shipyards in the unknown regions that was setup before the empire fell.
and if you look carefully, those are empire era star destroyers.

On another note, I started watching Star Wars Rebels while on the bike trainer last night.
you are in for a treat. IMO that's one of the best story arcs in star wars. better than all the other series, and even some of the movies.
That is an impressive fleet of F117s.
What's up with the orange markings though? The Empire has never had markings on ships, but you know who has had orange markings on ships, and was also supposedly out of capital ships at the end of TLJ? The Resistance. Is it possible something sneaky happened and the inter-galactic law of finders keepers, losers weepers was put into play?

the theory / rumor i've heard is that they were being made at a droid automated shipyard deep in the unknown regions, and (my theory) is that it's gonna be Wacky Races to get there

They need to explore this more in a series or movie. I am sure it's in some of the books but I don't read.

also, part of what makes star wars so great imo is that there isn't an answer for everything.
Unknown regions are one of the worst plot holes in this fairy tale.
i'm not sure the premise of the UR came from lucas, i think it originated in what's now the EU.

I just watched the first mandolorian episode last night. I liked it
Im not a huge star wars nerd. I did like the original 3. But im pretty into the mandolorian. And from what ive read on the interwebz im hooked
Because Rebels and The Clone Wars sure as hell is.
