Call ABA or NBL the guy that builds theirs builds practice gates.

Do a googe search, there is a company who makes them, but I don't remember the name. I have seen them at the local BMX track a few times.

Or, you could make one with basic tools and lumber.

twenty four seven is making a portable gate and Stileman Industry has a gate for sale. they're both similar to the "stumpy" gate...
