I've had an urge to start my own bike/ski shop for awhile. I know a perfect location for one too, but there's alot of things to consider.

Securing credit with Quality Bicycles (parts, etc.)
Getting credit lines with major manufacturers (Giant, Trek, Specialized...)
Finding decent shop talent (high school kids?)
Inventory management software with eCommerce component

Anyone been through this process and maybe have some extra tips or things to consider?

I'd love to extend FeedTheHabit.com into a decent brick and mortar with an eCommerce portion to it.
