who rides with a stem angled up ? I know it looks a little dorky, but I'm running quite a few spacers (tiny headtube on 50cm frame) with a stem that's angle down (think -5 or -7), was thiking about removing some spacers and turning the stem over and cut the steerer.

what you think ? dodn't want to break any roadie protocol...

just flip it over...put those extra spacers on top of them for now...
ride it a few times in a few different positions, and find whats most comfortable for you...i wouldnt cut the steerer tube for a while, till you figure out where you really like the stem. just play around with spacers on the top and bottom and flip the stem up...


if its not comfortable then youre not going to ride, so who cares what it looks like?
