Ohhh damn that is an awesome HU, I think Eclipse US must have ditched all their stock to us in Oz, we still have the 5030 going for $200 new over here.

sorry, no dice. my old distributors have been out of stock for a few years now apparently. i could have sold you my old radio before i sold it with the truck but it was the CD8053 pre-amp and that might have not worked for you anyway.

sorry mate. i did see they closed up in Jan of '10 and its not too surprising they shuttered their car audio line up but i didnt know when it was going to happen. the whole market is dying and its nothing like it used to be even 5-6 years ago, so seeing small companies like Eclipse get out of the car audio market isnt too shocking.

Buying a car with steel wheels, vinyl seats, crank windows and a big cubby hole instead of a stereo is pretty hard to do these days.
