Anyone have any suggestions on straightening a slightly tweaked 203mm rotor? It's bent just enough that I can feel it pulse when I squeeze the front brake but not so much that I feel like it needs to be replaced. I read something about a little tool that helps straighten rotors but I have no idea how/if it even works. Any suggestions? Thanks.

You don't need a special tool. Find out where the rotor is exactly bent by spinning the wheel slowly and looking at it straight on. Then take a thin cloth/rag, drape it over the rotor and slide an adjustable wrench down onto it. Bend the rotor slightly in the direction you want it to go with the wrench, then remove the rag and wrench and check how straight it is. Repeat until straight.

The method BV mentioned works well. You can take it a step further and get the Park rotor tool or the Morningstar Drumstix if you like. Personally I use the Park with a dial caliper mounted to a Park TS-2 truing stand. Way overkill for one rotor though, listen to BV.

Just so you'll know, you have to bend the rotor a little farther than you think to get it straight. Do it in little segments, don't try to get the whole bend out at once. Work slowly and patiently, and your results will be a much straighter rotor.
