I stripped out one of the bolts for my disc brake rotor. Any tips on gettin it out?

find a drill bit a little bigger than the thread and drill out the head, the head will pop off and you can twist out the threaded portion with your finger. the adapter isnt threaded.
Yep that usually does the trick
Pick up some EZ-outs, they tend to work well on hex bolts.

Don't drill out the head, you'll be left with a bolt in your hub that'll be far more difficult to remove.
