so i have the opportunity to pick up a bighit frame for next to nothing not that i need it just got ride of an extra dh rig but my buddy could use it but it has a stripped out bb on the drive side i havn't seen it but it sounds like it is only the first few (4or 5)threads is it possible to fix and if so is it worth it will it hold up and for how long. i work in a machine repair shop/fabshop and i have done things like helicoils and retap and all that other stuff just not on a bike so i guess some advice from somebody who had done it or even knew someone who had done it would be great
