So my ancient Sunpak 333 dies an untimely death. Something inside is rattling around, and when it's turned on, it make a faint squeal and then goes silent.
So I go into the local shop to look at a new SB-600 or similar setup.
What's that in the case? A pile of old strobes. Hey, there's a Sunpak in there.
Hmm...it's a 383. In really good shape.
