I had a little face to face convo with a tree the other day and noticed that i tore the black casing on my front brake line (juicy 7's). It didn't cut through the metal, just the plastic, luckily the handlebars are alright. Are there any all metal brake lines that i should consider getting? Something that wont tear? Or should i just not worry about it, cause they dont seem to need a bleed now a week later

Not sure if you need to replace yours, but if you do GOODRIDGE hoses are awsome. Steel braided cable that is then coated with plastic so it doesn't scratch your frame.

Pretty sure Goodridge lines would suffer the same fate in this case guys. They are coated with a soft plastic afterall.

goodridge compressionless braided steel the brake lever feels like a brick wall, you can tie them in a knot and get two people to pull and the brake will perform the same.

Good Ridge hoses are very strong, and durable too.
And they improve your braking performance a bit
