Hey. I'm trying to replace my bearings in my headset. The damn things were so old and rusty, that they exploded when I tried to hit them out. Leaving the race left in. They were fsa bearings and they're set into E Thirteen reducer cups. Does anyone have any tips for getting them out? The metal seems real hard!!!
    Thanks.
    Richie.

Did the reducer cups pop out of the frame? If so, its gonna be a pain.

Try lots of PB Blaster or similar.

    Im over here now
i had the same problem too with a CC headset in the E13 cups. i had to dremel holes into the cups to get the race out. this is what e13 recommended
i ended up getting a straight reducer headset in the end anyway
