Happened to me once when the manitou ISX-4 first came out. Removed the valve core, pulled the shock manually, removed from frame, replaced it with a swinger 6.


basically what I'm saying is don't open it if its under warranty. send that beeotch back.

im kinda hoping it will just work its way back, just don't really wanna wait 3 weeks to ride my bike again.

same thing happened to me. sram had a new shock on my bike in 3/4 days. give them a call. they will make you go to a bike shop and get a return on it.

all worked out, they originally sent a rebuild for it but they opened it and it was fully exploded so the overnighted me a new one :thumb:
