Stuck Knobs on a 2011 Boxxer Compression/Rebound Cart

Just swapped in brand new 2011 internals (rebound/compression) in my 2010 Wolrd Cup and did it from the manual WORD BY WORD. Now, the low speed compression knob and the beginning stroke rebound knobs will hardly budge. Maybe an 1/8th of a tun if that....

I searched all of what I could an besides cranking on these things with pliers (which have worked for some) the only useful info I saw was putting a little shock fluid on the knob connection points. I tried this along with a little grease and no results.

Has anyone experienced this with the 2011 stuff...? If so, what worked, if not hopefully someone who had issues with this on a 2010 can help out. I still have the 2010 internals to put back in as a last resort but would like to get these 2011's to work.

*update

Used some light pressure with some pliers to get the rebound knob to work....

Now for the low speed compression, it started to spin, now just keeps clicking away and doesn't stop turning clockwise or counter clockwise... Did something snap?
