I work with sales guys and help get new business leads out to them. I also helped put the new system in and worked in customer service. Now I guess I am going to help design the web page since no one else is going to.

Go to HR. You should not have to put up with comments like that. I had some hostile bosses at one point, although more subtle than yours, and it makes life a living hell. You just want to be sure to document everything, see if you have any witnesses, and describe everything to HR, preferrably in writing.
