Stupid Question Can I put 26 x 1.3 tires on a 26 x 1.75 rim?

I apologize for the dumb question... but I want to try and change my tires myself. I want to put Vredestein S-Licks 26 x 1.3 on a Front rim: Bontrager Race Lite, and Rear Rim: Bontrager Race Lite Assymetric.

It currently has WTB Nanoraptors 26 x 1.95.

you should be fine. i doubt that your rim is truly 1.75" wide.
