So I got my Sprinter in August. Included was Mercedes Pro Connect, which is supposed to provide

1. Optimized assistance bundle, 36 month complimentary
2. Efficient fleet management bundle, trial period
3. Data interfaces for vans, trial period

Didn't notice any of this until today, when I decided to download and install the app on my Android phone. That got around to creating a password. Didn't try it on the phone, but did later on my desktop. They send you an email with a link to a password entry page. Rules for passwords are listed. Following the rules, I tried about three passwords, none worked. Called their support line, got a real person, who dug some and said that they're doing a site software update, suggested that I try again after 5:00 AM tomorrow.

I was going crazy the other day signing up for a account through a browser/laptop and then I could not login to the app on the phone immediately. Looked like it required some server updates in the cloud which took a while. Easy to quickly become impatient these days.
