When I was in Cincinnati a plane tried landing on the highway near my house and turned a mini van into a blender about 150 ft from my apartment. I don't get all worked up everytime a minivan gets set to frappe.

up in these parts, access to resevoirs has been either greatly limited, or eliminated, all in the name of keeping our drinking water safe from terrorist attacks. however, the water isn't pulled from the resevoirs directly, but rather downstream, where it's far easier & more discrete to access. you see signs at the resevoirs reading to the effect "this is YOUR drinking water; report all suspicious activity".

I take my dog to swim in one of our local resevoirs. It would be impossible to protect any of them as they are right smack in the middle of residential areas.
