Hurt my knee really bad last week and can't ride. Obama care hasn't forced me to spend money that I don't have for insurance yet so I haven't had an MRI. For now I just wait....

I can walk/do normal stuff, I just can't ride my bike.

I need something else to do....

go!

xbox 360 and used copy of MX vs. ATV Reflex.

I think you can even download it online now for like $20 or so.

That game kept me sane when I broke my elbow.

I would recommend getting your knee looked at while you are injured but I'm weird like that.

Not that I've ever had any knee injuries or anything.

Swim to workout. Start at the beginning of the "do people still read" thread and read the books.

work out your core and upper body every single day, or you will hate yourself.

Broken wrist? I ran every day and it took me no time to get back up to speed.
Broken Collarbone and two ribs? Couldn't do anything for months and gained weight. Still working on getting back into race shape 7 months later.

If you can do something active, keep it up or you'll lose it in no time. Play video games to keep your reaction time up to speed! :)

Build a secret tree house/meditation spot in a public park close to your home. Don't tell anyone where it is so you don't have to build a new one after the sheeple ruin it....
