I can only assume that's a typo, since they list the same price for the disc and nondisc. Also, BTI doesn't list a disc version, which means they wouldn't be available anyway...
I dont think it is. They are making a much lighter disc hub called the dirty flea, so it would make since that would be in a wheelest, especially since the rim black flags hubs are the country flea. Also the price list says Disc-32h, the rim brakes are 24/28 spoke.
I'll add that I never had problems with sun 0 degree XC, rhyno lites, or single tracks. Sun Hill Rod crap rims were hard to mount brand new tires, but once they were on it was no problem to dismount and remount.
