IS TOP NOTCH!
I called Ringle about a Hub issue I had. My hubset was 2 years old and the Ratchet ring inside the rear hub had 7 cracks in it. I Talked with the Service rep there and he told me to send it in and he would replace the part free of charge and send it back to me with postage on them.

I explained to him I had just had the wheelset rebuilt on new MTX rims, but the hubs where 2 years old, and not under warranty anymore. He said that's fine, he would still replace the ratchet ring free of charge. Said it should have lasted longer, and that since I had just rebuilt it with their rims they would still take care of me.

I send them the wheel on a Monday, The receive it on Wednesday and got it logged in. Monday morning, I get a box back from Ringle with a wheel inside! I'm just happy I got it back so quick and I can start riding again.:happydance:

I open the box, and inside is my wheel, with a brand new 08 Ringle hub, rebuilt with new spokes and all! I just couldn't believe it. They built me a new wheel, and warrantied a bad hub, after it was out of warranty to begin with all free of charge.

The total cost me $14.00 to ship it to them. They have a life long customer now, after that type of service! I'm just blown away about how great the are!:banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:
