I never knew I would miss my road bike this much but delivery of the new one is take a little longer than expected and I sold the only one very fast. Tried the XC bike on the road and it sucked.

Its not really the rolling resistance but the way I sit on the bike upright and 760mm bars that make it suck. Hopefully the bike will be here next week.
Yesterday was a good one in the city (dog and cat show, dinner with high school friend, NY Phil concert) and today is good in that it's my last day of in-house call during residency. From now until June 2013 I'll be strictly 8-4, M-F (if that! more like 9:30-2 come January).

Slept like the dead last night. Can't remember the last time I slept so well.
Work today for me, going to take the new air rifle out and get it all sighted in afterwords. Going to make these tree rats my bitches when its all sighted
My wife and son got back last night, although their bags didn't make it for some reason. Relaxing, drinking beer, watching football, and complaining about how much my fantasy team sucks is on the agenda for today.
