10 hours of coma sleep last night. Glorious. I'm running a 5K race this morning and I'm sitting in my car an hour early at the venue because that's how I roll. I'll let you all know how I did. I know you can barely contain your excitement.

Soccer game fir youngest and then I started organizing and cleaning the basement. Next step is finding my painting gear so I it’s easily accessible. Need to paint the stair and doors.
I have a z-1 bam, some extra marzocchi parts and possibly some oil. Let me know if it needs anything.

I slept well and the kids stayed in their room until their ok to wake green light turned on at 7 am new time… so the wife and I had an extra hour of kid free recreation time. I’d call that a win.
Update:. FIRST PLACE OVERALL! The third time I've won a race outright. 19:11 race time. I had a great run. There were maybe 150 people in the race.

Today = clean up leaves before it rains....this is cleanup #2 and there will be at least 1 more as the oak leaves are still hanging on.
Also, booking our holiday trip (I am done buying crap for the kids...we do experiences).

was awake from 330 until probably 630 ish. dragging ass but thankfully don't feel sick. raining. got the leaves up from the front yard yesterday, spent the time before hand clearing out the garden so I could just dump the leaves straight in there. gonna do some indoor chores today, already trying to get the house organized and ready for hosting Thanksgiving
if only tv could be that funny again
we're not cooking turkey dinner. theres country club 5 minutes from me that does a nice buffet spread. we've done it before and the extended family enjoys it.
